Early January 2011 we will be starting a support group for patients with a diagnosis of cancer with particular focus on patients with breast cancer. This diagnosis causes a great deal of stress and stress impairs the immune system. The purpose of the group will be to teach participants a fast track program of stress management skills with a variety of techniques which will include self-hypnosis. The meetings are a public service and free of charge.
